Describe some of the things that Raoul sees along his journey in “The Journey.”
Some of the things that Raoul sees along his journey is a lady with a red dress. "But then, did I really see them at all? My doubt was caused by a girl in a dark red dress." Pg.7
How did the journey help Raoul in “The Journey”?
The way that the journey helped Raoul was that he realized that the women that he saw was the medicine lady and basically that the medicine was working while he was on the train. "As she turned to leave the room, I saw a small crescent-shaped scar in the middle of her lower lip." Pg.9
What was the problem in “The Journey”?
The problem in "The Journey" was that a thirteen year old boy had tuberculosis and his father send him to America to the medicine lady which was Aunt Rosalie Tall. Pg.4 "It began when I was thirteen years old I still had tuberculosis scars on my lungs. I was having a dizzy spell and almost slipped off his back but he caught me with one hand and started yelling, "Aunt Rosalie Tall! What a fool I am! Aunt Rosalie Tall."
